SMILE

Written on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 by John Thomas

Think of two things you never taught your new borne children, to smile and cry. As beings we seem to come forth from the womb with this emotion encoded into us. For me, to witness smiling and laughter, crying and frowns, when they are not manufactured, is the purest expression of the great joy and sadness within our spirits. If you think about it, just about every action in our lives is one of avoiding the sadness and yearning for the joy. It just seems to be the nature of our spirit. Their is power in an honest smile. We all have greatness within us. Few ever truly realize the power of their own attitude.

Throw out jadedness, do not fear sharing the joy in your heart, it will grow as a result and bless others. Likewise, when you are sad do not mask it. Your real friends will be there for you. We are here to love one another and share in each others joy and sadness. This is how our spirits grow!

I smile a lot. I just can’t help it. People are so nice. The best smile is one from a baby. So unpolluted. Totally spontaneous. I agree with all you say. Agnes xx
