I picked up a paintbrush in 1996 and have been painting ever since. I like to paint with acrylics and have over a hundred original images. I like to follow an inner path, I have painted images I have seen in vision, or in dream, as well as challenging myself to do my own take upon images from reality. I don’t like watercolours, have never tried oils and I am teaching myself to paint and draw.

I really don’t want my paintings to look real, like photographs, if I am going to paint I am going to create something which doesn’t look real.

I also write, I have one published novel, and a second novel is just about complete. I have also written many short stories and poems.
