During a recent visit to Washington DC, I visited the Vietnam Memorial. It is a very moving memorial. Standing at the top of the walkway, a bronze statute of Vietnam Soldiers and below is the wall of names of all of the dedicated soldiers who fought and have died.
I combined the two memorials. Two of the three men sitting behind the words memorializing them after death and one who survives and sits outside the wall standing shoulder to shoulder with his comrades, never forgetting, and supporting them in both life and death.
