Great composition with higher horizon and your excellent timing! Could I ask if you used a graduated ND filter? I remember hearing of your area’s white sand. Beautiful.

Hi Jan, thanks for the visit. I did use a ND filter on this image but it was post processing with NIK Efex Pro 3.0. The sand truely is white. It really causes a problem with throwing the camera sensor off for exposure.

I know the problem, except with snow. And I forget to use a +ev exposure compensation. Haven’t tried to capture white snow and a sunset. Perhaps this window. Efex, eh? Looks worth it!
