An uphill path

Photo taken in Billinge Wood, Blackburn, Lancashire, UK. I got lost in this wood on my twelfth birthday when the path I was on disappeared and left my struggling through the undergrowth. I resolved to learn every path and route and did so. After 30-odd years living away I recently returned to see how “my” wood was getting on.
