in-cred-i-ble!
John Spies replied
thanks Brae, its a bit like the tentacles on the giant squid in Pirates…maybe I should call it ‘the octopus’

Nice shot John. I’m impressed you managed to find a clear shot – I have also been to this temple but it was swamped by post ‘Tomb Raider’ visitors everytime I went!!
John Spies
Thanks David, I was there in April, and it was 40 c plus in the shade, so we had a few times when there was nobody (except my wife and daughter- in the pic). Would love to go back around June- low tourist season, dark brooding skies, intense greens…
Tara Turner

Oh yeah! This is what I like to see. This is AWESOME. And it adds a few goosebumps to know that you’ve seen this with your own eyes. Great capture! Definite favorite!
John Spies replied
It is one of the world’s wonders.
Kathy Nairn
Definitely something ‘rich’ in the soil there. ;) Beautiful.
John Spies replied
Thanks Kathy, most people find the untouched ruins more intriguing than the restored ones at Angkor
