This young Eastern Robin, was very obliging by resting on an exposed tree trunk, providing an ideal photographic opportunuity. I visited the Ocean Grove Nature Reserve with a long telephoto lens and intended to spend some time in the bird hide. I was rewarded with a variety of birds visiting the water hole to drink.
Ocean Grove Nature Reserve protects the last remaining stand of original woodland on the Bellarine Peninsula, making it a haven for native plants and animals.
