Concorde grounded. France. by

The hulk of the once mighty Concorde on display at the Musee de l’Air ( Aviation Museum) at Le Bourget Airport in Paris, France.
At least I can say that I have been in Concorde even if only on static display and then in very poor internal condition.
Taken in 1990 using an Olympus IS3000 loaded with Kodachrome 64. Scanned and updated in 2012 using VueScan and Aperture 3 software.;

    Nice shot John. What a pity they did away with these after spending so much money upgrading the fuel tanks that was the cause of the crash. Pity they wouldn’t sell them to Virgin. – Ted

  • Hello Edward. Thanks for your comment, I agree, and its nice to hear from another Olympus enthusiast.
