    Beautiful shot. Enchanting little cottage.
    Rachel :)

  • Thank you Rachel. Low ceilings and beams too. Bumped my head a few times in Stratford.

  • marilyn-I see that you live in Bishop, USA. If it is the Bishop which I know then it it the site of a regular mountain wave cloud – famous as the site of the highest wave soaring flight in the history of my previous sport of gliding. Indeed I seem to remember that in the early 1950’s of a powered military aircraft reached heights above 40,000 feet with its engines closed down.

Hello John, same Bishop. They still hangdive and cliff jump. I love the cottages because Ilived in Whitney U,K. as a child. My dad was Air Force. The thatched houses always interested me.

Terrific shot John, love these thatched homes. We visited Stratford-upon-Avon when we visited England in 2002.

  • Hi Ralph. sorry I missed your comment so long ago.
You probably also know how difficult it is to keep up with RedBubble when I am away so often.
I thought the houses around the village were just wonderful.
