Carve A Crave by

One of the images in the garnishes calendar “You Can Be So Much More”

What does one do when the flowers are not out yet?
I carved my own… and ate it. :)

that’s amazing…..you are definitely multi-talented! I wouldn’t have the heart to eat that….it’s just too pretty!

  • Carving garnishes is like performance art – It’s in the tummy soon as the show is over… you HAVE TO eat it :)

Oh, this looks so yummy, and well-photographed, too! It makes me hungry…

A lot of flowers (carved or not) are actually delicious! (Have you ever tried carnations? very delicate spicy and sweet all at teh same time. :))

  • I have tried carnations and roses but their taste didn’t hook me. Chrysanthemums, however, I have daily. It has many health benefits, beside a very distant yet mild taste. Buy them dried and add to Chinese tea (what they are used for mostly), and to flavor sweet deserves!
