Cromer Pier in North Norfolk on a February Morning
This is Cromer Pier in North Norfolk, jutting out into the North Sea, photographed on a beautiful crystal clear February morning in 2008. Cromer claims to be Norfolks premier seaside resort and is much loved by holiday makers. Quintesentially English it still has a vibrant theatre offering traditional pier entertainment. Cromer is famous for its crabs and a famous and respected lifeboat station which has been responsible for the saving of many lives from this sometimes bitterly cold and raging, dangerous North Sea.
If you visit you’ll find much art on this lovely coast and you will always be welcomed by friendly caring Nor-Folk

Superb capture. I like the way you got it at low tide, showing all the groynes. Was up there just a year ago.
