A fallen leaf. I thought the coloring and veins were very interesting and decided to get a closer look. The leaf appears to mirror an oasis surrounded by desert, with rivers flowing through canyons from a spring.

    I’m with Jan…the veins of the leaf are the rivers and the green is the fertile ground around them…the brown is the desert beyond. Very cool, John.
