This vessel is a Balinese vessel called a jukung. The jukung is essentially a dugout canoe with double outriggers.

These vessels are common around the islands of Bali and Lombok. They’re used by fishermen to troll for fast-swimming pelagic fishes such as mackerel and tuna. They’re designed to be handled by one person or two persons.
