Image structure:

Layer 1 (Base layer) Cosmos flower on white background.
Layer 2 Plaster texture set to multiply at 100%
Layer 3 Texture 02 set to overlay at 100%
Layer 4 Texture 01 set to multiply at 100%
Layers 5 – 8 Floral layers, various blend modes and layer masks
Layer 9 Hue/Saturation layer masked to affect flower petals only
Layer 10 Splatter texture with motion blur applied and set to hard light at 31%
