Man this is nice! Such fantasy on several levels :)

  • Thanks David – very sweet – glad to bring a little fantasy Moose Jaw way

even in the deepest darkest forest, trees are never lost. love this John, wondering what you have packed with you?

  • Hmm… a small bag, so packed I spose a toothbrush and an apple? My basic travel kit. And yeah, trees and rocks always know where they are – we could learn a lot!

This a lyrical piece for me and with so much depth. Your work looks so simple which I think belies the conceptual thoughts that go into it and that seems its inherent beauty to me

  • Thanks Michael. I try to make it just so – thanks for noticing xx

those trees are a bit menacing!! however a ‘relaxing look’…perhaps the process of creating….colouring in…

  • Indeed – the trees are menacing. I do think the process of art is healing, no matter what the outer appearance all we do is geared towards somehow healing or making sense of our inner world – and YES colouring in I adore!
