It does, yours seems nice and dark, wonder if yours are imported from SA, guess so.. Just a pity there is no caffeine in Rooibos tea.
mine definitely from SA – the best! And also agree no caffeine, though if there was the amount I drink I most likely would be spesnding my time running in mad circles singing and not making any art!
love how the board seems to have some ghosts remaining…… beautiful work john……b
thanks – very much one of the points I wanted to get across B, glad you see it – no matter what we clear some always remain. :)

Oh boy! I hate chess but I love this the whole thing is dancing, the chessboard is like so many tiny square paintings! xx m
I am more a juimp hop and kill kinda game player – chess to esoteric and mathematical for my brain – but it make a good starting point for the theme I wanted for this – and yippee, am glad you see each square as its own painting – have done several verrsion os this over the years and that has always been the technical challenge.

excuse the typos and spelling crapology – as usual my typing fingers not up to the speed of my thoughts – and hate that I just typed “to” instread of “too”, one of my pet peeves. yikes.
