Detail of one of the nave stained glass windows in Coventry Cathedral, England.
The stained glass artwork and architecture of Coventry Cathedral inspired me to become an Architect !
Camera : Canon EOS 5D Mark II
Featured in “Abstract Art” group.
The ten windows were designed and executed by a team of artists led by Lawrence Stanley Lee. He, Geoffrey Clarke and Keith New designed three windows each, with the tenth being a collaboration. Lawrence Lee’s were the two red windows (opposite sides of the nave) and the gold window on the right as you look towards the front of the cathedral (and the old cathedral).
