For the romantic Aussie (and other) Ladies in RedBubble I have to add.. the Crown Prince of Denmark met a VERY attractive Girl in Australia some years ago at the Olympics and to cut a long story short: This is where they got married in 1995 (How would the Father of the Bride feel..very proud I would say)

1\ Frederiksborg Palace chapel served as the beautiful backdrop for the wedding of Prince Joachim and Princess Alexandra in November 1995.

The National History Museum has been housed in the castle since 1878. The museum was founded by brewer J. C. Jacobsen as a special department of the Carlsberg Foundation. As well as magnificent rooms and spaces like the palace chapel, the Rose, the Audience Chamber and the Great Hall, the museum contains the country’s most important collection of portraits and historical paintings.

    Well Sir John, as you know, Americans have no royalty so we ladies have to live out our dreams throughout the rest of the world!!!! So, I’m thinking, very nice to find a prince and have a daddy to foot the bills to wed in such a place as this….
    now I really feel like a princess…... and as the story goes…. “they lived happily ever after”..... Really John, this is a wonderful image… the landscaping leads one into the village beyond….instant fave for me!!!!!!!! and thanks for all the info…. and please don’t listen to Jens…..

    Johnny…Here I am at the end of a long list of accolades and praise for your image. What can I add that hasn’t already been said? What I like best is the way you caught the movement of all the manicured and shaped shrubs leading through the gardens. It looks like a maze…or waves of green. Making it the main focus of the image is just to my liking. Very well done. Looks like the day perfectly OK to me even though I read that Jens felt is was not good. Did you brighten the sky with PS? If so, it didn’t hurt it a bit! A very special photograph.
