I’ve been involved in photography since around 1978. I find it to be an excellent outlet, and I often find my current mood reflected in my photographs. To me photography is a total expression of outward stimulation designed to bring out inward creativity. While I love nature photography, I’m inclined to shoot whatever grabs me at the moment…I’m always open to new things. I love aircraft photography. I’m always looking for something different, which is why so many of my aircraft shots are section shots. I have shot (film) with Minolta, Nikon, and Canon.
My present camera is a Canon Rebel/xt. I have three primary lenses; a Canon 18-55mm, a Canon Ultrasonic 28-105mm (my favorite), and a Canon Ultrasonic 75-300mm. In studio I use an AlienBee B800 strobe, and an AlienBee Ringflash.
For my photo editing software I alternate between PhotoShop CS3 and Elements 4.
I look forward to meeting new friends and re-establishing contact with some old friends as well.
