Two weeks ago, I was hired to photograph all the beloved furbabies of a lady who volunteers at our local shelter. Four beautiful dogs and a gorgeous cat… Boy, was I a happy camper!
This one here is Tobby, a cuddly 11-year-old Golden that she is fostering for a friend. He spent most of the shooting close to me, at my feet, or rather knees since I was down on the floor most of the time…

Focal length 50mm, ISO-100, 1/60 sec. @ f/4.5
Shot in a mix of natural light and a flash with silver lined umbrella. Processed in Lightroom 3.3 and Photoshop CS4

Thank you so much! In fact, his loving foster mom is keeping him for a friend so he is not really homeless. Both she and her husband have to stop eachother all the time from adopting more pets! They have a full house already! LOL!

No problem Jenny, and thank you so much for your understanding, and especially for featuring my work! I just can’t get used to flashy banners in neon colours often as large as the page’s artwork. I can’t just remove those and leave others. To be fair, I have to remove them all, although yours and many others’ are quite nice! :-)
