Only a few days before I left for Gatineau, I heard that they had just installed the Christmas lighting at the Parliament in Ottawa.
I wanted to play with the new camera during that short trip, so I could not miss that.
Fortunately, our hotel was only at a 20-minute walk from there!
Strangely, when they mentioned Christmas lighting, I was expecting lightbulbs everywhere, but I was delighted when I discovered that they were projecting giant snowflakes against the building’s walls. Much more interesting that way!
