Fantastic shot Johanne! Wonderful composition and light and this is very inviting :)

  • Aaaaww! Thank you Shelly! I thought that it was really inviting too and kicked myself at that moment for not bringing our own bottle and glasses for my sister and I.

This was taken at the end of a photo shoot that I did two weeks ago for a group of young women. One of them was celebrating her B-day, and the shoot was a gift to her from the other. I had suggested that they bring a bottle and glasses to celebrate at the end of the shoot.

Thanks for the fav too, it’s mucho appreciated! :-)

i feel like i’m there and enjoying the moment to the full – that’s my glass lying down waiting for me – great still life, johanne

  • Thank you Nadine! Would have been great to meet all of you around those glasses, enjoying the view to the sound of various shutter releases clicking around us! ;-)

Great composition Johanne, I really like how the orange stands out!

  • Thank you Monika! I’m glad that it came out that way, because the actual liquid was kind of pinkish (rosé cider), but the setting sun gave it that beautiful amber glow… and I sooo love amber! :-)
