Love the black and white Johanne, and I love the emotion you have captured in this image.
Thank you Shelly! This is my 14 year-old niece and godchild who graciously accepted to wear my wedding dress for a photo shoot in the graveyard (in fact, she was really excited, LOL!) Other images from the same photo shoot will be uploaded soon.
I love this! so romantic and gothic! could be a snapshot from one of my stories.Love her hands, the stoop of her stance and the weathered headstone that looks solitary.A fav :) and love your wedding dress!!!
Thank you so much Lily! My niece will be thrilled to read your comment on her photo. If you find this series inspiring, please feel free to use it in your writings.
Thanks Johanne, that’s so nice of you! would love to use this beautiful picture for my writing :)I’ll let you know when I do…Blessings, Lily :)
Can we call that a collaborative work? I just love the idea!
My, great work! So gothic and romantic. Amazing!
Thank you very much Kagara! So many people have qualified this series as gothic that I think I’ll just have to add the word in my tags. LOL!
The dress is more of the 1750’s era, and I never thought that it could apply as gothic, but after reading all the comments and giving it some thoughts, I realize that gothic is meant more as an atmosphere than as a particular timeline, so it definitely applies.
Yop. But IMO so many young girls wear now in ‘gots of XIX century’ that we just cannot find deferent beetwen years ;)
Definitely a collaborative work! I can feel her story brewing already…..I’ll B-mail you when it starts to flow :)
Great Lily, I’ll be looking forward to it! :-)
This is so brilliant. I can feel her emotion. Great work!! :)
