This is our dog Lucky. It’s one of the other shots that I made at the same time as Golden Gaze It’s certainly not as spectacular, but I thought that there was something appealing anyway.

Thank you Doug! It cost me half a jar of dog treats to make her stay still, and even with that, she kept trying to look away or giving me those little sideways glances with big round eyes and raised eyebrows… it was so funny!

Thank you Wendi for this great comment! It reassures me because it was rejected in the Animal Portrait group, while Come Make a Snowman with me and Golden Gaze were both accepted… I think it’the blur from the DOF…
