Very creative and very well done. I told you you’d be using multiple light sources soon :-)

  • Johanne Brunet replied

Thank you so much, Doug! And you’re right, you did tell me during a discussion on the Nikon SB-600 vs the SB-800, I believe. At Christmas, I bought an extra power pack and received a nice Lowepro Slingshot 200 with plenty of space to store the additional flashes and lenses that I soon hope to acquire. :-)

Slow day at the office? ;) Very simple and elegant compositions and great High Key! Now, I have to ask… Do you always bring your lightbox to the office? :)

  • Johanne Brunet replied

Yes, since this is my home office! LOL! Thank you for your kind comment, George!

  • Johanne Brunet replied

Thank you Wendi! Well, I reckon that my ear will be ringing some but that there will be a song from the 80s playing in your head… LOL!

I love this one. You have full of imagination to sell.

  • Johanne Brunet replied

Thank you Sis! This was completely unplanned! There was a bundle of them on my desk beside my photo setup when I was shooting the soap bar. I had finished with soap and was looking for something else to play with. That’s when the idea came to me.

Simply too cool! Love the idea Johanne!
BTW which did you finally pick up? (600/800).

  • Johanne Brunet replied

Thank you Vikram! I don’t have it yet; I had to buy a new bag first to carry it! I only had a little Roots bag, very light, but only my camera would fit into it. I had to hang little pouches everywhere for extra storage space for my flash diffuser, filters, lens hood, reversing ring, etc.

I’m planning to buy the SB-800 as per Doug’s Greenwald’s recommendation (sorry, can’t find the message). Need to sell some more jewellery creations, and fast! LOL!
