The Rocks, Sydney : watercolor by Joe Cartwright.

This is a recent painting I did on 300gsm, Sunders Cold Press paper, a half sheet. It is set early morning just after sunrise, from Observatory Hill.

The painting won an award recently at the Parramatta Art Society annual exhibition and was sold!
