A Room with a View

Personally, Christmas has been a time for sharing time with loved ones, putting minor differences aside and enjoying colour, attention to detail, music and of course, good food and wine. Combining these features with a great outdoor location is something we are very fortunate to be able to do in Australia. This is one such location for my family which is reminiscent of another feature of the Australian Christmas holiday period, hot dry summers and fire. The aftermath of fire is rejuvenation, for the bush and ourselves.
