This photograph was taken from within one of the buildings that comprise what remains of the Larundel mental asylum in Melbourne. Living in Tasmania, I have only been there once and will unlikely be able to visit again as the buildings are soon to be demolished to make way for a housing development. Follow this link for more information about this asylum:
This room was so dark that I could hardly see. This is why I am not sure if I did indeed see a ghost, or whether my eyes were playing tricks on me. When I was taking the photo, I saw a pink whisp that would be about the same height as a person on the right hand side of the room (just out of the field of view in this image). I will never know if I did see a ghost or not, but this room was definitely amazing!
