Willow Court is is an asylum that was abandoned in the year 2000. Like the Royal Derwent, it is also in the town of New Norfolk. However, this part of the large complex is much older and dates back to 1827. For information on the interesting history of Willow Court, follow this link:
This paticular photograph was taken just outside of Ward C, which was used to contain and look after violant male patients. Behind the bars in this picture is the excersise yard for the patients.
