The species inhabiting Kershmick, of the Dresham System, would be found to be compatible with Earthlings. Although less advanced than ours their civilisation is family unit oriented and progressive in the arts and study of nature.

Their absolute dedication to the family unit puts marriage, and the bearing of offspring above all activities other than those of pure survival. This, however, often takes precedence over the natural selection of partners through compatibility and, what we know as, love.
