Hi guys. I took this at the Darwin Croc Farm. Besides crocs they also have a small number of other animals in their keep. Most of these are endangered species. The Tiger enclosure is fronted by glass which, fortunately, is kept very clean and a tad too high for kids sticky fingers. Their cooling pool is right in front of the glass so it’s a great photo op. Just got to pick the right time of day to reduce glass relection.
On this occasion the tiger was no more than 5 feet from me. Recommend a visit for any photographer that is visiting Darwin. As a bonus this is a very tidy and proud looking individual which is more than I can say for the local cat in Adelaide :-)
