Trillium
The trillium is the provincial flower of Ontario, CANADA my native province.
This shot was taken in Oka Provincial Park, Quebec on a hike to the Lac Sauvagine area. Deep in the woods, in a very dark & dense part of the trail, these flowers carpeted the forest floor for about 1KM. I have never seen so many in one place.
