Baby's Got Blue Eyes
Frankie, a Ragdoll, has made himself at home as you can see. This shot was taken just before he took a nap on Tuesday afternoon January 6th 2009. In two weeks he has grown quite a bit and is a handful. Leaping, jumping, chasing anything, when he is not sleeping, eating or pooping. He is cuddled up on my husband’s T-shirt, draped over my husband’s office chair in the home office, while I am sitting at my computer. All the light on his head and fur is from the window just behind him.
Frankie was rescued from the streets on Tuesday December 23/08 by my son Kevin. Lost & Found

Generally speaking, I’m not a fan of the wildly popular “school” shall I call it – of cat pix, though once a friend advised me to submit pix of kitties if I wanted to fatten ny “faves” account, lol, But I make an exception here. I don’t know why precisely – the beautiful light, the color, the absence of an OVERT “cuteness” factor [emphasis on OVERT), but this image IS captivating Joanne. Those eyes of an incredible blue, a shade I’m not sure I;ve seen before, an expression which comes as close to being “enigmatic” a quality almost always reserved for human subjects. I can’t say that any single element or aspect takes center stage, but the image as wg=hole is absolutely fantastic.
