Nice way to spend the Summer Solstice! (though technically, it was on 6/20 this year, which is my B-day) Very pretty composition, the garnet red of the Rioja against the sweet blue green of the early summer … lovely “lifting” luminance of the adorning highlights, too. Very nice scene. Cheers!

Really, it’s such an appealing image, that Gourmet, or Bon Appetit mags, or one of the wine mags might be interested. Or perhaps Marques de Caceres (the Rioja producer) would want to use it. It’s very pretty.
