Towering Treeline
Taken on Saturday May 17 2008 at the 4000ft level of Mt Washington, New Hampshire USA. Mt Washington is the highest peak in the Presidential range of the White Mountain National Forest. We experienced the Mt.Washington Auto Road, which is America’s oldest manmade attraction. It first opened in 1861.
It was explained that the trees at this altitude are buffeted by the wind and assume strange twisted positions.

Towering Treeline belongs to the following groups:
Green!, Landscape Photography, Mountains and Mountain Light, New Hampshire and Vibrant and Vivid Color Available for sale asGreeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints and Canvas Prints
