a huntin we will go by

av never really encouraged ma dugs tae hunt things but ye canny stop there instincts…tonight millie disappeared for aboot twenty minutes and appeared wi a rabbit hing oot her mooth..she wis as proud as anythin.then i realised it wis still alive an ok so i got her tae drop in ..so it ran off only for her tae catch it again .two minutes later ..i managed tae get her tae drop it again an aff it went but luckily it wis jamie who tried tae catch it and he couldny catch the cauld !….then half an hour later she came back wi another yin..tail aw waggin again…but she dropped this yin an it got awa..whit a night
but jamie managed tae catch somethin later oan that couldny run very fast so the evenins tally wis
millie twa rabbits..both set free
jamie..a discarded macdonalds happy meal in the car park that got demolished in aboot twa seconds aye jamie the great white hunter!

Wonderful winter scene Joak, I like how the dogs look so alert and the snow on the trees, love all the white, this is beautiful. Fabulous story, made me laugh, I can see you rescuing the poor little bunnies, but that’s life I suppose Joak, dogs can be so gentle when they pick things up, well done Joak, this is lovely :o)x

Wonderful photy!!! . . . um . . . should you explain that they’re supposed to instinctively hunt deer which are a bit larger than rabbits . . . unless of course Harvey is in your neighborhood. ;-D
I confess, I’m with Jamie on this one — Happy Meals all around!! ;-D

Good on those wee bunnies, & on Millie for Not Biting Down. And good on you for taking this fine photy of these leggy, lovely hounds.

Jamie is truly domesticated, however needs to find a better restaurant. Albeit, does take to true Scottish fair as can be found at McDonald’s.
