In Chinese mythology, a pulao is a small dragon that roars when attacked by a whale. Hence many bells have a pulao on them, and many bell strikers are in the shape of a whale.

I quit my office job to spend some time travelling around the world, which gave me a love of both travel and photography. I tend to concentrate on landscapes, nature, and buildings. People fascinate me, but their most interesting characteristics generally can’t be captured in a photo, so I rarely take portraits.
