yep, handheld, no image stabilization, no autofocus. after watching them go around a few times you get the general idea of where they are going to be at certain points on the track and can preselect a focus point then just follow them in. the hard part is the follow through. after pressing the shutter you still need to follow them. like a golf swing, you can shut it down after making contact with the ball. thanks!
