I recommend both. Remember, Writing is for pieces you what to showcase: poems, short stories etc. Bloggugh (translation = blog) is for everything else.
You could also check out the writers forum too.

Thank You for your advice. I seek to learn so feedback is very important to me. I wish to write scripts for short film and my dialouge skills need a lot of work.
