Indian Paintbrush, of which there are over 200 species can be found in many places in the world but primarily in the North-American continent.
Colors and textures are varied. Paintbrush petals fuse into whit or yellow tubes that extend from bright clusters of colorful bracts and sepals. The shapes to these petals (and the particular habitat) aids in determining the species of the plant.
