Jing my friend – your eye for art is always astounding to me!! This is a wonderful photograph!! the lighting and the way it is cropped on the left and top… I always learn from your work and appreciate it so much.

Incredibly beautiful, Jing, delicate like a flower, with its hidden bite under wraps.

Thanks Maria. The onions were given to me by a friend from his garden.

Oh Jing…. it is a precious… it looks like a beautiful mannequin dresssed for a ball…
such transparencies…. such volume of forms and gracil movement… and the colour so embellished by a golden shade..

Karen,
Thanks so much. This onion, given to me from a neighbor’s garden, was so dirty and gritty, and I wanted to capture the textures and shape. It just caught my eye.
