Beautiful creature. How big would you say they get Jim?

  • James Peake replied

They don’t get much bigger than this one, around 7cm long.
A big fave of mine these critters I love the opalescent colours
they have, they really are little gems.

Teehee! Little squid are so cute! May I ask which camera you use?

  • James Peake replied

Hi Jonathon I use a Fuji E900 in an Ikelite housing with a single Ikelite DS125 strobe, I also have some Inon macro & wide angle wet lens. Its a great little rig
which has firstly introduced me to UW photography and since allowed me to expand and learn heaps. Most of my work is macro which this camera is very
    good with.
