A stick insect from Madagascar(Achrioptera fallax).Only the males have this beautiful turquoise colour.

  • Haha,no those are its real colors.It´s a very special creature.And I always thought that all stick insects were just brown or green like the vegetation they live on and feed from.Clearly I thought wrong!

    Very cool shot Jimmy. I saw a number of different stick insects while in Madagascar, but not these ones!
