He is no more a man than I an angel belongs to the following groups:
A New Aesthetic.... Divine and Otherwise , All Things Poetic, Artistic, Philosophical, Mature Woman, Self as Other, Something To Say, The Urban Environment, The Word Tree and WMGEnvision a restless sleep, cold sweat.
Dream actions of solitude in future, regret.
When an angel presents her will, engage.
Approach her pure of heart, the same.
If ever, blinded by a source, unjust.
The power of lust evades, concuss.
Never subdue with unconscious, suspect.
The world corrupt proceeding the let.
In time a figment over govern, remains.
A sinful corps breathing conformity, obtained.
Power of grace through masculine, must.
Power of graces through feminine touch.
Strong the being of fortitude, could.
The soul of a gesture defeating the good.
Living past desire groping sincere.
Glowing eyes of an angel contaminated by fear.
Gazing through the eyes of conformity,
Throwing dirt at my wings he tries kissing me.
Challenging my halo he breaks it.
Just to show me it wasn’t protected.
He never said sorry so I never accepted,
But he knew that instant he failed.
His manhood was to protect my halo
He is no more a man then I an angel

Great work coming from an innocent person that just wants to be who they are without pressure from the opposite sex. It delivers the message of who you are and letting those that think that they can just do what others do is wrong. Keep this in your notebook where it is visible through a clear plastic shield. Those that look at what you write and carry around will learn that you have your mind clear as what is right or wrong and you have morals. Way to go Jianinna, stay the course of whom you want to be and be remembered by. Chow

A very well written, open and honest poem – the truth about life and love, and those struggles. We fight to maintain our child-like innocence, every one of us. But it’s a very hard battle and it rages long – our whole life.

Yeah…i tried to explain certain restrictions and toleration that people bring to a relationship that only result in offense>>if someone cares to be offended!!>>>and i wanted to bring it to peoples attention how you can stay neutral and accept what is good for its good….lots tend to be impatient and get to a goal they cannot address and then they they realize they end up where they don’t want to be!!...it is a struggle that people deal with their whole lives, and in my own way… i feel like i am doing the best i can to keep those off balances out of my life>>neutrality it comfort!

I just love the word Fortitude, and to see it used in such vivid context, is a treat for me. In saying that, Poetry like everyting is subjective, people will always see what they want to, often missing the bigger picture and focusing instead upon what speaks to them personally…Much respect to you, you’re an amazing artist ;)

Nicely put and you never know how vunerable you really are until you allow someone to get so close. To where you can feel the aura within them and sometimes the impact of these two together is so great it causes the unthinkable to happen.
