Born in 1967 in Prince George County Maryland.
Due to his father’s position in the Navy, the family moved around the country and Joe’s early experiences spanned from the beautiful scenery of Hawaii, adventures in the California desert, and the cultured bay scenery of Maryland. During the years at school Joe discovered his passion for art and developed his painting skills. While in high school he participated in the Maryland Gifted and Talented Program and received the National Academy Achievement Award for Art. While still in high school he attended classes at Maryland College of Art and Design.
Graduated from Maryland Institute College Of Art in 1990 with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Painting

For over 20 years Joe was a freelance mural artist, commissioned by museums, hospitals, restaurants and various commercial developers and designers. Joe produced a myriad of murals and custom canvas pieces that are showcased across the United States. At the same time Joe continued to produce and exhibit his personal fine art paintings.
