Leura Cascades
I ventured up to Leura Cascades in the Blue Mountains today to try my hand at some waterfall photography.. This was one of the results, I hope you like it!! I used a circular polarizer to darken the scene and allow longer shutter speeds to capture the water flow better..

Got the silky water down pat although it looks pretty dark anyway and probably didn’t need the polariser, 20 sec is pretty long but hey it works, nice comp.

Ah Yes Leura Cascades….My grandmother lived in Springwood..A favourite special place she loved so much, we would take her there for breakfast…I wish now that my interests in photography fruited back then… Thank you Jeremy for a beautiful capture filled with warm memories..
