This and also the previous image form part of a series of works on paper that I produced in 2004 during a quiet period when there was very little glass work happening. I made about 45 small works for an impromptu exhibtion at Knot gallery, which was an artist-run-space within Hibernian House, where my current studio is located.

Metallic felt pen, coloured inks and watercolour on printed card.

Graduated from the National Art School (Randwick TAFE and East Sydney campus) in 1974 with a Diploma in Interior Design, worked for 3 years at Taronga Zoo as their Staff Artist, then took an apprenticeship with the stained glass master Stephen Moore. In 1982 I left his studio to take up private practice.
