Unsigned work but brilliant eh?!

Dec 09: I finally discovered who the artist is. Ben Frost is a neighbour of mine in Hibernian House and doing very well. His recent exhibition at Boutwell Draper in Redfern was a knockout.

The piece has undergone so much alteration and addition in the past 6months it’s barely recognisable anymore.

Stairwell Conference (Ben Frost) belongs to the following groups:

I have been looking at all of your street art collection, you work in a very interesting area, and among such talented people. It seems to be a little haven for creativity. I guess the general public walk by and never know what hides inside.I appreciate you sharing these with us, thank you.

you’re so right mouse, it’s an amazing building, full of eccentrics and genius. one of the studios on the top floor hosts live jazz every mon nite, world class stuff. and yep, people walking at street level do a double take as they pass the entrance. The building manager made a rare inspection recently and had a heart attack at all the graf! :-)
They tell me they plan on securing the builkding and giving it a makeover: we’ll see if it ever happens! going on past performance I’m not holding my breath.

I too have been following your graffiti limbo, and I have enjoyed it tremendously. This particular image speaks volumes to me. I find poetry and ambiguity in the sketch. I MEAN. OMG This is a fabulous comment on the power many children wish they had on sexual predators. I know, I know, no one really knows what went on in the mind of the artist. Yikes and wow…
