Looking Up v5 - Shek Kip Mei Estate, Hong Kong by

Shek Kip Mei is a now decommissioned housing estate in Northern Kowloon, Hong Kong. Built in the 1950s as emergency housing for victims of a fire in a slum in the area, the population slowly diminished to nothing, and now, as with so much in HK, these buildings are gone.
