Weathertop (Amon Sul/r Hill of Wind).
As the dawn prepares to break the still visible moon wanes high over Weathertop and the stars begin to fade. The ancient fortress, crowned by the watch tower of Amon Sul stands proudly dominating its surrounding autumnal landscape.
Some days out of Bree in early October the Hobbits can be seen preparing to break camp, while strider returns from a scouting expedition. Hidden from all sight a rider cloaked in black watches patiently from the woods.
